Rakb began with a practical question: how can university transport operations become clearer and easier for companies, drivers, and students?
We designed the platform around daily workflows: trips, bookings, students, drivers, payments, and reports.
Instead of stitching together disconnected tools, we brought these workflows into one space with an Arabic interface and role-specific paths.
We improve the product incrementally through usage feedback and review authorization and security paths with each change.
Rakb is a Saudi-market cloud platform designed specifically for university transport companies, not a generic system with a translation layer.
Today we focus on an extensible foundation: tenant isolation, clear booking and payment flows, GPS tracking, QR boarding and alighting, and exportable reports.
