What is Rakb?
Rakb is a Saudi cloud platform specialized in university transport booking management. It enables transport companies to manage trips, bookings, and payments from a single dashboard, and allows students to book seats from their phone in three steps.
Getting Started
Is there a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day full-featured free trial with no credit card required.
How does a student book a seat?
The student opens the booking link you share, selects the appropriate trip, enters their name and details, and confirms. They instantly receive a QR code ticket.
Can I customize the booking page?
Yes, you can customize the booking page title, primary color, and your company logo to reflect your brand identity.
Pricing & Payment
How does payment work?
Monthly subscription payments are via Mada, Visa, and Mastercard. Student bookings can be paid in cash to the driver or via bank transfer per your company policy.
How many admins can I add?
Depending on your plan: Basic allows 2 admins, Professional allows 5, and Enterprise allows unlimited admins.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period.

Is our data secure?
Yes, all data is fully encrypted. Each company is isolated from others with Row Level Security. We use HTTPS and high security standards.
Does the platform support English?
Yes! The platform fully supports both Arabic and English with seamless switching between them.
