By using the Rakb platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. Rakb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and users will be notified of changes via email or an in-platform notification.
Rakb is a cloud-based university transport management platform offering services including: creating and managing trips, electronic student booking, issuing digital tickets, bus tracking, payment management, and reporting and analytics. The service is available on a monthly or annual subscription based on the chosen plan.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify Rakb of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not share your account with other parties or use a single account for multiple companies.
Rakb offers a 14-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, subscription fees apply according to the chosen plan. All fees are in Saudi Riyals and exclusive of VAT. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Paid amounts for the remaining period are non-refundable.
Rakb is committed to protecting user privacy and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use full data encryption and isolate each company's data. We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You may not use the Platform for: transmitting or storing illegal material, impersonating others, attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform, or using the Platform in any way that may harm the Platform or other users.
All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including but not limited to: logo, design, source code, interfaces, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Rakb. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. Rakb is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: data loss, loss of profits, or service interruption. Rakb's liability in all cases is limited to the subscription fee paid for the last month.
Rakb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice in the event of: violation of these Terms, non-payment of due subscriptions, or use of the Platform in an illegal or harmful manner. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting the support team.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts in Riyadh. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably within 30 business days before resorting to litigation.
