We use the collected information to provide platform services: managing trips and bookings, issuing tickets, communicating with users, improving the service, and generating reports and statistics.

We use HTTPS/TLS for data in transit, isolate company data with Row Level Security, and store passwords through the configured authentication provider. Backups and monitoring are managed according to infrastructure-provider settings.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share your data with any third party except in the following cases: with your explicit consent, to comply with legal requirements, or with essential service providers (payment processing, server hosting) under data protection agreements.

We use cookies necessary for platform operation: session cookies for authentication, preference cookies (dark/light mode), and analytical cookies to improve performance.

Users have the right to: access their data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of their data (subject to legal obligations), and request a copy of their data in a readable format.
7. Data Retention
We retain data for the duration of active subscription. After cancellation: we retain data for 30 days before final deletion. Financial records are kept for 7 years in accordance with legal requirements.
